More than a meeting coordinator

Serving as the 2023–2024 Region 6 APhA–ASP Midyear Regional Meeting Coordinator. (MRMC) was an unforgettable experience. When I campaigned for the position during my second year of pharmacy school, I had not fully grasped the impact that this role would have on my life.

A global perspective while on APPEs

Sierra Schmiedt, PharmD, wanted to push herself as an individual and experience health care outside of the United States. 2025 resolutions: These three opportunities are my priorities

This past year was one of the best and most difficult years I have encountered thus far. It has been packed full of exciting opportunities, as I completed my third year of pharmacy school, faced a cavernous malformation diagnosis, got engaged, and began tackling my final year of school. In 2025, my life will be filled with even more changes, as I begin interviewing for inpatient-based residency programs in the Midwest and have to leave my home and friends of the past 6 years.
