APhA Books Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase, notify of us your intent to return by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the book undamaged within 30 days for a refund of your publication purchase price. A 15% restocking fee of the gross amount is applied to all unwanted book returns. Returns must include the following:
- Reason for the return
- Credit Memo
- Order Number
Note: Returns will not be processed without this information. Additionally, APhA refunds or credits the purchase price only. Orders $100 and under will be issued an account credit, which must be used within 12 months of issue.
APhA does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that have been purchased at sale prices
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse

APhA will exchange damaged products if notified within 72 hours of delivery. To exchange an item, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com (Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET) or call 1-800-237-APhA (2742).
Out of Stock and Coming Soon Items
You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock. The rest of your order will be shipped immediately, and you will be shipped the out-of-stock items as soon as it returns to inventory.
APhA Digital Content Return Policy
eBooks, eChapters, books purchased as print on demand, or digital content cannot be returned.
