I have a hard time falling asleep. My mind turns over and over with the many things that need to be done, and occasionally I fret over conversations that could have gone better the previous days or conversations that need to happen that haven’t yet occurred.

I’m a graduate of Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Having worked at Samford as a clinician and faculty member for over 15 years, the school is an important part of my life even though I’ve been away for a number of years.
