Teamwork the key for APhA–ASP project success

In my first year at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Pharmacy, I chose to join the APhA–ASP Women’s Health Committee. As a new committee that was formed in 2019, there was a lot of room to cultivate this initiative into a valuable resource for our community.

From 260 to looking nifty

LIFE

As a former Division II collegiate volleyball player, exercise and physical fitness have always been a major area of focus in my life. My days would begin with 5:00 am weightlifting and conditioning, followed by 2- to 2.5-hour practices before classes even began for the day. This was how my days were spent during my time with the team.
