You all know how difficult, yet rewarding, pharmacy school is. The exams, networking, and interviews can be really exhausting after a while. I believe it is important to have something that keeps you sharp, physically active, and creative.

The journey of becoming a pharmacist is filled with countless exams, complex concepts, and high expectations from unprecedented events such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Remarkably, the foundation of this journey begins with self-belief and self-confidence.

As recent policy vice presidents at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill APhA–ASP Chapter, our goals were to expand collaboration efforts with other organizations at our school and create new events that engaged chapter members.
