I chose to apply for an APhA Foundation scholarship last year because my desire to grow as a leader, contribute to the pharmacy profession, and serve the community aligns closely with the APhA Foundation’s Student Scholarship Program’s mission.

Between patient interactions, lab simulations, and professional communications, how much room do you leave for stimulating your creativity?

As a student pharmacist, it can be extremely difficult to balance classes, studying, working, extracurricular activities, and—most importantly—self-care. One thing I’ve learned throughout pharmacy school is how important it is to maintain a routine and stick to it.
