APhA’s Connect & Care: A Space for Pharmacists

APhA offers emotional support groups where members can spend time in a safe space with a community of like-minded pharmacy professionals to share personal stories or simply listen.

What is Connect & Care?

Pharmacy professionals are facing historic levels of stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue. Staffing shortages, high expectations, and overwhelming demands can leave you feeling isolated, defeated, and underappreciated. Know that you are not alone!

APhA is here to support our members with a new program called Connect & Care: A Space for Pharmacists—a monthly, confidential support group created exclusively for APhA members. This program helps you connect with other professionals, share your experiences, and support one another.

    Each virtual support group is:

  • Safe & confidential: What’s shared in the group session—stays in the group session.
  • Peer-driven: Find common ground and connect with fellow pharmacy professionals who truly understand your everyday challenges.
  • Guided: Trained peer facilitators help create meaningful conversations and share tools for resilience.

There is no charge for attending the monthly support group sessions. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and registration is required. Your contact information will be used solely for the purpose of sending the invitation to the virtual meeting.

Future APhA Care & Connect dates will be announced soon. Please check back for updates.
