The mission of the Pharmacy Technician Community is to define APhA's vision through the development of thoughtful programming, advocacy, publications and guidance documents, and networking that will result in the advancement and success of pharmacy technician practice, leaders, and practitioners.
The Pharmacy Technician Community will develop tactics and promote engagement that support APhA's vision and strategic plan pertaining to pharmacy technician practice. Further, the Community will provide ad hoc strategic direction on contemporary issues affecting pharmacy technician practice, commission focus groups or task forces as necessary and evaluate the progress of any initiative that it creates.
