The mission of the Quality-Based Care Community is to facilitate a network of practitioners, administrators, researchers, and educators who share an interest in the development, implementation, and dissemination of information regarding quality-based models for patient care.
The Quality-Based Care Community will actively support APhA’s vision and strategic plan by fostering a professional network dedicated to advancing quality-based models for patient care. The Community will provide members with leadership development support and opportunities to engage in policy, advocacy, education, and research initiatives related to value-based and patient-centered care models.
