Keep showing up, creating value, and advocating for what pharmacists can contribute. Over time, that work gets noticed and can open doors you never anticipated.”

My role combines clinical expertise, medication management, communication, and empathy to help prevent medication errors, avoidable readmissions, and other adverse outcomes. By guiding patients through complex care transitions, I help improve both their health care experience and their health outcomes.
