Receiving the Outstanding IPSF Activity Award represents our chapter’s place in a legacy of student pharmacists who believe that local action and global connection are not mutually exclusive.

This award is especially meaningful because it marks our chapter’s first year participating in all six nationally recognized APhA–ASP patient care projects. 

I never imagined that just 1 week could change the trajectory of my life, but that is exactly what happened when I recently traveled to Arusha, Tanzania.

On October 10, 2025, St. Louis College of Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy campus quad came alive with energy, conversation, and a sense of community spirit for the annual Walk-By Clinic. 

Pharmacy school can be quite rigorous, but setting aside time for personal growth remains essential. We have chosen to dedicate part of our personal growth time to learning Spanish.
