When the announcement was made at APhA2026 that our chapter had received the award, it felt like a defining moment that brought everything into perspective.

Receiving the APhA–ASP Chapter Operational Leadership Award is a profound reminder of the impact that this profession can have on communities. 

At the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, our chapter has experienced significant growth and development over the past 3 years. 

At the 2026 APhA Annual Meeting & Exposition this past March, the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy’s APhA–ASP Chapter was honored to receive the APhA–ASP Chapter of the Year Award.
