From wearable health technology to complex medication regimens, today’s health care landscape is evolving rapidly. Student pharmacists are uniquely positioned to help patients navigate it.

World Congress serves as the IPSF equivalent to the APhA Annual Meeting, bringing together student pharmacists worldwide for professional development, policy discussions, and cultural exchange.

This experience changed how I see my role as a future pharmacist and made me more aware of the responsibility student pharmacists have to speak up for patients and the profession.

Through personal experience and taking part in mental health initiatives, I’ve discovered some guiding principles that help me promote positive mental management in myself and those around me.  

I’ve never heard anyone say that the APhA Institute on Substance Use Disorders is anything less than life-changing, so my expectations were pretty high heading to Utah this past May.
