AFIX (Assessment, Feedback, Incentives, Exchange) - AFIX is a quality improvement strategy to raise immunization coverage levels and improve standards of practices at the provider level.

CoCASA (Comprehensive Clinical Assessment Software Application) - CoCASA is a menu-driven relational database developed by the National Immunization Program, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as an assessment tool for immunization clinics and providers. This application is used for the data entry and analysis components of a clinic assessment and includes reminder and recall tracking capabilities as well as many other special features.

VACMAN (Vaccine Management System) - VACMAN is a tool for customizing, recording, transmitting, and managing vaccine data. Some of VACMAN's general functionalities include: customizing your system, working with data, generating reports, maintaining database, getting help.

Immunization Advocacy & Information Resources
- All Kids Count (AKC) - Program administers projects to develop immunization monitoring and follow-up systems for preschool children.
- Children's Vaccine Program - (Gates CVP) was established to promote equal access to lifesaving vaccines worldwide. This site provides information on advocacy issues, clinical issues, service delivery, immunization financing, safe injections, other related organizations, etc.
- Brighton Collaboration - A collaboration developing standardized case definitions of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) to improve immunization safety monitoring and research.
- Every Child by Two (ECBT) - The goals of ECBT are to raise awareness of the critical need for timely immunization and foster putting in place a systematic way to immunize all of America's children by the age of 2 years.
- Guide to Community Preventive Services - Evidence-based strategies for improving and maintaining vaccine coverage in children, adolescents, and adults.
- Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization A partnership dedicated to ensuring that all children, however poor, have equal access to vaccines.
- Healthy People 2010 - This is a statement of national health objectives designed to identify the most significant preventable threats to health and to establish national goals to reduce these threats.
- Institute for Vaccine Safety - Information on vaccines currently in the media including: anthrax, hepatitis B, MMR, polio, rotavirus, varicella, and yellow fever, and the use of thimerosal.
- National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) - Information on the research of causes, cures, and prevention of infectious diseases, public and professional education programs, immunization publications, etc.
- National Network for Immunization Information (NNii) - Information for the public, health professionals, policymakers, and the media about immunization. Site includes immunization news, a vaccine information database, and a guide to evaluating vaccination information on the Web.
- National Partnership for Immunization (NPI) - Regularly features information such as general vaccine information, state requirements, bioterrorism, vaccine safety, immunization registry, state health profiles, etc.
- National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program - Information about a federal program that provides compensation for people who may have been seriously injured by vaccines.
- National Vaccine Program Office (NVPO) - General information about vaccines and immunization-related activities at the federal level.
- World Health Organization (WHO) Immunization, Vaccines, and Biologicals - Information about global polio eradication and other world-wide immunization issues.
