APhA Certificate Training Programs

Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services - As the learner, you will gain experience interviewing patients, identifying and prioritizing medication-related problems, developing and implementing interventions, and documenting activities.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore various business models and billing strategies and discuss plans for implementation.

Pharmacy-Based Cardiovascular Disease Risk Management is an advanced professional training program that explores the pharmacist’s role in cardiovascular disease risk management.  

Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery - certificate training program is based on national educational standards for immunization training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  The program, which emphasizes a health care team approach, seeks to foster the implementation of interventions that will promote disease prevention and public health, and prepare pharmacists with comprehensive knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to provide immunization services to patients across the life span.

The Pharmacist and Patient-Centered Diabetes Care is an award-winning and intensive educational experience designed to equip pharmacists with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide effective, evidence-based diabetes care.

Need your Certificate of Achievement reissued? Print the Certificate of Achievement Reissue Request form.

The Certificate of Achievement looks like a certificate & has the logo of the Advanced Training program you attended. However, it is not a Transcript of CPE or Statement of Credit. Although there is no expiration date, the pharmacist should maintain current continuing professional development in the area of their training.
