The mission of Generation Rx is to educate people of all ages about the potential dangers of misusing prescription medications. In doing so, we strive to enhance medication safety among teens, college students, adults, and seniors in our communities. Prescription medications can help us live longer and healthier lives, but any medication has the potential to do harm – especially when misused.

We challenge APhA New Practitioners to collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, community outreach programs, and local organizations in your area to make a difference with Generation Rx. Visit the new Generation Rx website at GenerationRx.org to explore new resources, videos, and information related to safe medication practices.
