Certificate training programs in pharmacy are postgraduate continuing education programs designed to expand the roles of pharmacists beyond the dispensing of medications. These nationally recognized programs enhance the pharmacist's knowledge, skills, and attitudes to meet the needs of patients with various conditions.

APhA certificate training programs involve in-depth commitment on the part of learners, including both self-study and attendance at live seminar presentations. Please click on one of the four certificate training programs listed below for a review of the course content and requirements.

Many APhA certificate training programs are offered under license agreements with other organizations such as state pharmacy associations, colleges and universities, and pharmacy chains.
