What is the APhA New Practitioner Network?
APhA launched the APhA New Practitioner Initiative in 1992 with the
goal of providing assistance to pharmacists in making the transition
from student pharmacist to working professional by offering reduced APhA
dues, products, and services to help ease this transition. The
group’s name was changed to the APhA New Practitioner Network in
April 2005.
The mission of the APhA New Practitioner Network is to assist recent
graduates with the transition from student pharmacist to pharmacist by
providing opportunities to achieve career goals while maintaining
work–life balance.
The APhA New Practitioner Network provides programs, products, and
services to assist you in making this transition and with your
career development. The Network also provides reduced APhA dues, which
enable you to pay discounted APhA dues for first 3 years after you
graduate.
