	Due to a technical issue, the Ohio Pharmacist Association State Dues were listed incorrectly on the online renewal form for Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy* and The University of Toledo College of Pharmacy. As of Monday September 21, 2009, 10:30 am EST, this issue has been corrected. The correct state dues amount is $10.
