Gary E. DeLander - Oregon State University
Gary E. DeLander, PhD, was selected for embodying all facets of an ideal advisor. With his opendoor policy, he reaches out to students in leadership roles and within the chapter membership to provide encouragement in all aspects of project development and individual aspirations for involvement regionally and nationally.
