Collaboration was key to the APhA-ASP Chapter's success. Diabetes is a complex condition that requires lifelong care and this chapter involved their schools of medicine and dentistry in their yearlong efforts. The chapter worked with all age ranges and tackled language barriers by keeping their educational modules professional and fun with programs such as “build a healthy plate for children”.
