The APhA-ASP Midyear Regional Meetings (MRMs) are held every fall in each of the eight APhA-ASP regions across the United States. They offer professional education on contemporary issues, career information, leadership development, and networking opportunities.

The MRMs bring together members of APhA-ASP chapters to provide a forum for discussions of common interest, to encourage interest and participation in professional development and educational programs, and to inform APhA-ASP members of the business and activities of APhA, the Academy of Student Pharmacists and the profession.

The APhA-ASP Policy Process begins at the MRMs. Students debate ideas or issues that may affect them as both students and future practitioners. Many of these issues are developed into proposed policy statements to be formally debated each year by the APhA-ASP House of Delegates at the APhA Annual Meeting & Exposition and eventually may become official policy of APhA-ASP.

The MRMs will feature educational sessions to stimulate discussion and idea-sharing about the role of student pharmacists in service to the pharmacy profession and to their community.  Regional Officers will also be elected by their student pharmacist peers.
