MTM Activities by State

For each state, lists of those profiled in Pharmacy Today can be viewed along with pharmacies that provide patient care services. Information about these pharmacies was provided to APhA by pharmacists practicing there within the past year, and APhA has not verified or evaluated the services provided.

Pharmacists may add the pharmacies in which they practice by accessing the APhA data-entry page. Information must be updated once yearly to maintain listings on the MTM Activities by State map..
