	Student pharmacists attending these National Dues Collection (NDC) schools can pay Association, State and Chapter dues online. All other students may use the Student Enrollment Form below and submit to the appropriate chapter representative.

As of Monday September 21, 2009, 10:30 am EST, this issue has been corrected. The correct state dues amount is $10.
